Sales Professional

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated new home sales professional. Our sales team projects a professional image and represents the home selling and buying process with enthusiasm, strong customer service, open communication, and ethics. We are looking for someone who is willing to put forth the effort, including weekend hours, and someone with the ability to close a sale.

Job Duties:

• Generate sales by utilizing marketing materials, model homes, local resources and realtor relationships.
• Effectively identify the needs of potential home buyers.
• Explore sales leads received from a variety of sources, including real estate professionals, internet leads, emails, word-of-mouth referrals, telephone contacts, flyers, etc.
• Manage Daily Sales Reports
• Work hours include weekdays, weekends and some holidays.

Job Requirements:

• Must have previous home sales experience
• Outstanding negotiation and closing ability
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
